It is entirely the customers responsibility to asses the quality, suitability and location of the base. No responsibility will be accepted for any component misalignment or the stability of a building erected on an unlevel or inadequate base.
Treated Timber Bearers:
We recommend the use of bearers, they provide an adequate base provided they are laid on firm, level ground.
We also recommend bearers if the building is to be erected on a slab or concrete base. They ensure good ventilation beneath the floor of the building and help prevent damp
